Free Mountain Bike Clinics!

Did you really need another reason to come see us? Ok, here's one more. Galena Lodge will be hosting free mountain bike skills clinics the first Wednesday of each month this summer. Join us on Wednesday, July 7th at 6:15 pm for about an hour and a half of mountain bike skill practice and a short ride. All abilities are welcome (unless you're better than us). Following the ride, there will be a barbeque on the deck for $12!

Thursday Night Wagon Ride Barbeques Start this Week!

This week we'll begin our Thursday Night Wagon Ride BBQ's! Join us on Thursdays from 6pm-9pm to take a 45-minute horse drawn wagon ride with Galena Stage Stop Corrals and then have a traditional western barbeque at Galena Lodge. Cost is 37.50 for adults and 19.00 for kids 12 and under. Dinner menu includes BBQ chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and berry cobbler with whipped cream. See you there!

Father's Day at Galena Lodge

This Sunday June 20th is Father's Day. Why not spend it at Galena Lodge. Bring Dad up for a hike, bike ride, horseback ride or for brunch and enjoy a great day. Great Father's Day Brunch served from 10:30am to 2:30pm. We will be serving omelets made to order, french toast strata, various egg scrambles, smoked salmon, bacon, sausage, home made pastries, salads, cobbler and more! Cost is $20 for adults and $12 for kids 12 and under. Live music with Bruce Innes will be from 11am to 2pm.

The biking and hiking trails around Galena Lodge are beginning to open up so make sure to grab your bike or hiking shoes and head up North!

Happy Birthday to Don

Welcome to summer. Today is Flag Day and Don's 37th birthday. So if you are up at Galena today or this week wish Don a happy birthday! The trails are drying out. This week we have ridden the yurt loop, tilt-a-whirl, valley view and the second half of the grinder. Also Cherry Creek and the big climb are dry as well. The roads are still a little wet and muddy so you can't drive out on them yet but they are fine for hiking or biking.

Don't forget about Father's Day Brunch Sunday June 20 from 10:30-2:30. Reservations are not needed and it looks like it is going to be a fantastic weekend!
