What a beautiful day for trail work. The IMBA trail care crew (Morgan and Steve) were out with this afternoon helping us get a better understanding on how to build responsible, sustainable trails. We had about 15 people out to volunteer today. Some even came as far as Twin Falls to learn and help. Thank you so much for all your help! The reroute on Psycho Ridge Trail is half way done and it looks great. Thank you, thank you , thank you to everyone who came out today to learn how to build trail. Please come up and volunteer to help build the next half!

IMBA trail care crew is coming to Galena Lodge this Saturday September 17th! Get signed up. Come up and learn how to build a sustainable and fun mountain bike trail. We will be working on a reroute on the Psycho Summer Trail. Register online.

Now is a great time to get out and ride those trails that have been on your to do list all summer. With more free time and the days perfect for riding get on out there and enjoy the trails. That is what we plan to do.

The Boulder Mountain Bike Tour is Sunday September 11th

Join Galena Lodge and the cycling community on Sunday, September 11th for the annual Boulder Mountain Bike Tour! Ride your road bike or mountain bike up to the lodge and enjoy a fantastic lunch buffet, live music and discounts on just about everything. There will be an aid station at Baker Creek and a Sag Wagon provided by The Perch and Sturtos as you ride up to the lodge. Mountain Bikers leave at 9am from the SNRA parking lot and Road Bikers leave at 10am from Ketchum town square. This final day of our summer season is filled with fun and celebration of bikes, summer and friends!

Don't forget to sign up for the Harriman Trail 10 Miler Trail Run on Sunday, September 4th!
