Thursday Beginner Dryland with EJ- 5 weeks

Beginner Fitness Class– EJ will offer beginner fitness class that will focus on fitness but also ski technique, strength, and balance.

Start Date: week of September 18th

            End Date: week of November 2nd

Length:     5 or 7 weeks of class- 90 minutes per class- be punctual!

Location: Lake Creek Ski Trails- meet in parking lot or where HEAD coach says

Cost:         $100 for 5 weeks, $135 for 7 weeks or $25 per class a la carte


Activities in all classes to include:

Hill walking/striding, Hill bounding, and Moosehooves

Agility and quickness

Circuit Strength Training

Heart Rate zone training

Ski Technique
