Weekly from June 19 -August 18 $425 except for the weeks June 12-16 and July 3-7 for the little kids
KIDS WEEK (Ages 6 to 8)
1/2 day camp June 12-16 $300 and July 3-July 7 $240 (no camp on July 4th)

Galena Youth Adventure Camp 2017
A Monday through Friday summer outdoor discovery and adventure program at Galena Lodge for youth ages 8-12. Our program develops lifelong skills through action-based adventures with an emphasis on fun, safety, and a respect for the outdoors.
Horseback ride with the cowboys/cowgirls
Climb the Galena Lodge Rock Wall
Run class III rapids on the Salmon River
Mountain bike the trails of Galena Lodge
Learn & practice orienteering
Stand up paddleboard (SUP) at Petit Lake
Hike to Titus Lake and go for a swim
Explore Senate & Gladiator meadows/streams
Learn Leave No Trace (LNT) principles
Play capture the flag & other games
Perform campfire skits
lunch everyday & dinner and breakfast for the overnight
Make S’mores around a campfire overnight under the stars!

Kids Week 2017
AGES 6-8 • 1/2 DAY • WEEK LONG 9am to 2:30pm
This camp is designed for our younger campers and aims to prepare them for the Galena Adventure Camp. Each day provides new adventures and activities while providing a safe and secure environment for our young campers to learn and grow.

Meet Our Summer Staff
Kyle Oldemeyer – Camp Director
Kyle’s back again to run camp this summer! This is Kyle’s 3rd year at Galena and with camp. Kyle comes to us from Boise but most recently as a graduate of the University of Idaho in Outdoor Recreation Leardership. Kyle has spent the last few years working at Galena and has worked almost every position at the lodge. Kyle’s studies and interests at the university included backpacking, xc skiing, swimming, ultimate frisbee, wrestling, mountain biking, soccer and general playing outside most all the time. Kyle also has his Wilderness First Responder and Leave no Trace certification.
