Dust off your mountain bike, find your running shoes, and grab your skis! This fun, relay-style race is held on the nordic trails
Course Descriptions:
Full Course
Ride = bike 2x clockwise on Jenny's Way (9km)
Stride = run counterclockwise around Gladiator loop and Western Home Glade (4.5km)
Glide = ski Senate Meadows to Rip&Tear (take shortcut), Horsecreek Connector to Psycho (9km)
Youth Course
Ride = bike 1x clockwise on Jenny's Way (4.5km)
Stride = run counterclockwise around Gladiator loop (3 km)
Glide = ski Gladiator to Horsecreek Connector to Psycho (5km)
Kids Course
Ride = bike 1x clockwise on Senate Meadows to Ted's Angle (2.5km)
Stride = run out to Gladiator- 1st split in trail and back (1.5km)
Glide = ski 1x clockwise on Senate Meadows to Ted's Angle (2.5km)
Participate as a team or go solo. Costumes strongly encouraged.
Solo racer $25 ($15 for youth and kids) -- 3 person team $60 ($45 for youth and kids)
(entry includes a hearty mug of soup and homemade sourdough bread)

What is the course for each leg?
The order of events is bike ->run -> ski. The start, finish, and transitions are located near the picnic tables outside the lodge.
Bike Route: two times clockwise around Jenny's Way
Run Route: counter clockwise around Gladiator and Western Home
Ski Route: Senate Meadows -> Rip and Tear (shortcut) -> Horse Creek Connector -> Psycho

What kind of bike, shoes and skis should I use?
Bike: Any bike is fine! Fat bikes work, mountain bikes work too. Road bikes are really challenging though
Run: Just use regular running shoes! Snowshoes are not recommended.
Ski: Skate skis and classic skis are both fine. Most people skate.

Are kids teams allowed?
Yes! Kids of any age can participate (as long as they can ride a bike and ski). If you have very small kids you may want to consider an adult to accompany them on the course...
Is there an Award Ceremony?
Yes, there is a casual award ceremony at the end of the event with prizes!
