Wine: La Atalaya del Camino (Full Bodied Red Wine)
Soup: smoked tomato with crab and avocado
Salad: winter greens with sprouted quinoa melange, spiced nuts, and a lemon and ginger dressing
Entree: lightly smoked beef flatiron steak with a caramelized onion and red wine reduction, whipped potatoes, and sautéed green beans
Dessert: shortbread hearts with a variety of truffles, fresh berries and fun Valentine's Day candy treats
Dinners can be picked up from the YMCA parking lot between 4 and 5 pm February 14th
